All vehicles are picked up from our central location:

1486 Terrell Mill Rd, Marietta, GA 30067 — in the Kroger parking lot near the Clicklist signs. There is no designated parking for your personal vehicle, so if you plan to leave a car, please note it is at your own risk and we are not liable for damage, tickets, or towing.

For contactless check-in, we will provide your key lockbox code at least one hour before pick-up.

If you're arriving from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL), the drive to our location typically takes about 30–40 minutes depending on traffic. Uber or Lyft is the most convenient transportation method. Simply enter our address into your ride-share app for direct routing.

Pick-up begins at 3:00 PM and return is required by 11:00 AM. This timing ensures the RV is ready for the next renter. Late returns without prior approval may result in a fee.

Yes. We offer Early Pick-Up (as early as 8:00 AM) and Late Drop-Off (until 4:00 PM) for $100 each. These options must be added before your trip and are subject to availability. 

We offer select delivery to the Airport, nearby homes, campgrounds, and event venues within a limited radius of Marietta, GA. Delivery is based on availability and subject to an additional fee, which varies depending on distance and destination. If you’re interested in delivery, please contact us ahead of time to request a quote and confirm eligibility.

Every AlphaTrail RV comes stocked with the essentials:

1. Clean sheets, pillows, and towels

2. Kitchenware: pots, pans, utensils, dishware, cutting board, seasonings

3. Cleaning basics: paper towels, toilet paper, cooking oil, spray

3. Outdoor items: 2 camping chairs, privacy tent, extension cords

4. A full propane tank and 5L of drinking water

You'll want to bring:

1. Toiletries, groceries, and any specific camping gear

2. Extra sleeping bags or pads (or rent from us)

3. HDMI device (if using TV, we provide a cord)

Note: Freshwater tanks are filled only upon request to avoid stagnant water and to reduce driving weight.

Each van includes two 12V house batteries that power lights, fans, USB ports, and the fridge. Power can be recharged while driving, using shore power (30 AMP), or a generator (Swift only). AC and TVs only work when plugged into shore power or while using the generator.

In the Solis Pocket, the air conditioner and TV operate only via shore power. In the Jayco Swift, they operate via shore power or generator. You can view full

The Solis includes a cassette toilet, and the Swift has an indoor wet bath. Please do not flush paper or hygiene products—use provided bins.

You must clean and empty the toilet before returning or pay a $100 cleaning fee. The Solis includes a privacy tent and outdoor shower bag, while the Swift offers onboard water and black tank systems.

All vehicles use unleaded gasoline. The generator (Swift) uses liquid propane, which will be provided full. Please return with a full gas tank unless you opt for the Fuel Prepay add-on ($60).

The Jayco Swift uses a JayCommand touchscreen panel to monitor AC, water levels, lights, and more.

The Solis Pocket uses switches and remote controls. Most components run on battery or shore power.

We provide a video walkthrough, printed instructions, and quick links to help you before and during your trip.

Each rental includes 150 miles per night. Additional mileage is billed at $0.50 per mile. If you prefer unlimited driving flexibility, you can add the Unlimited Miles option for $500 per trip.

Absolutely—just let us know in advance. A $100 pet cleaning fee applies. If pets are brought without disclosure, a $200 penalty will be charged to cover extra sanitation.

Please treat the RV with care and follow these key rules:

1. No smoking or vaping inside the RV

2. No reckless driving or off-roading

3. Do not tamper with the GPS tracker (removal = $500 fine)

4. Clean out the toilet if used

5. Return with a full gas tank unless fuel prepayment was selected

6. Remove all trash and personal items

For platform rentals (RVShare, Outdoorsy, RVezy), 24/7 roadside assistance is included. Please contact their support line for immediate help. If you booked directly, call us at 770-861-2195.

For direct bookings:

✅ 7 days or less: No refund (but we may offer future credit if rescheduled at least 30 days out)

Reservation changes made within 3 weeks are subject to a partial charge for removed nights.
